I have entered the wrong address, can this be changed?

RainStar Liverpool are unable to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please ensure your provide the correct address when completing your order.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

If your order is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled will generate a refund.

A new order will then have to be generated at this point if you still wish to purchase the product, subject to stock availability.

Can I have my order redirected to a different address?

For your security RainStar Liverpool  are unable to change the address your order is being sent to.

In an event that nobody is available at your designated address when the delivery is attempted, RainStar Liverpool designated courier will leave a card and advise how to arrange a redelivery or where you can safely receive your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

RainStar Liverpool are unable to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made.

My card has been declined?

In majority of cases, the reason for card transaction getting declined is due to your bank rejecting the payment.

RainStar Liverpool suggest using a different card or contacting your bank to tell inform them that you are making the transaction and make another attempt after you have made your bank aware that you are making a genuine transaction online.

My product is faulty?

RainStar Liverpool make every effort to endeavour to manufacture all products to the highest of standards. Your items may have minimal natural wear and tear during the manufacturing process.

All RainStar Liverpool products are quality checked prior to shipping and handled with highest logistical standards all the way to your doorstep. All RainStar Liverpool deliveries are handled by third party couriers. It is therefore, possible that delivery slots are estimated. It is possible from time to time that your delivery may arrive earlier or later than anticipated. 

RainStar Liverpool team endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of orders being submitted between Mondays and Fridays.
