Warranty
Warranty includes the following:
All material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period are covered.
Warranty excludes the following:
General wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling or lack of care
Damage or defect caused by third party repairs and/or modifications
Depletion of batteries (applicable to watches)
Damage to watch battery as a result of mishandling or accidents
Scratches, broken glass, chips
Warranty period:
All Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil jewellery pieces are covered by 2 year warranty unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page. Please refer to the description section of your chosen product to find product-specific warranty terms for each individual product. All watches come with 2 year mechanical warranty.
During the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, RainStar Jewellery will provide a like for like replacement, free of charge. In an unlikely event that the product is no longer in stock, an alternative product with equal value and design will be provided.
All replacement products that are issued during warranty will be covered under a new warranty period from the date of issuance.
How to make a warranty claim:
If you wish to make a warranty related claim please email hello@rainstarjewellery.com quoting your order number with a brief explanation so that our customer services team can provide you with the best solution.
Please note, we will not be able to provide any warranty related support in an event that a valid proof of purchase is not provided.
