In an event that a RainStar Liverpool product fails under our standard warranty conditions, RainStar Liverpool will endeavour to compensate you for the failed parts.
RainStar Liverpool is not in any way responsible for any harm, injury or death caused to you or any third parties associated with you when RainStar Liverpool products.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
6.1. These User Terms are governed by English Law and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts irrespective of the location from which You are accessing RainStar Liverpool Website.
