PLACING YOUR ORDER

You can place orders using the SEARCH box on our website to locate any product by using any of the following:

  1. Product name
  2. Collections
  3. Styles
  4. Colour

SHOP NOW option from the home page will provide a direct  link to all Rain Star products and collections.

MAIN MENU will provide a breakdown of all products by category.

You can CHECK OUT at any time by selecting the image of the item you wish to order which will load the full product page with all product information. Select add to cart and quantity. You can now check out by selecting the ‘shopping bag’ icon in the top right corner of the page and selecting ‘Check Out’. There a few very simple steps to follow including delivery and payment details.  

DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR UK

All orders are processed by Royal Mail Tracked 48 HOUR

Order before 13:00 for 48 hour tracked delivery excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, weekends and bank holidays

Orders placed after 13:00 on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Orders placed after 13:00 Friday to Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

There may be rare cases from time to time that deliveries are delayed due to high demand. RainStar endeavour to fulfil every order providing all information provided is correct.

COVID-19 – as a result of reduced staffing levels and backlogs with courier services some order deliveries may experience a delay. Rain Star endeavour to fulfil every order in a timely manner. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience.

IMPORT DUTY

All products purchased from our website and selected for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied at the time deliveries reach their specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  

Please note: all import duties and local taxes are outside our control. We simply cannot predict their occurrence and rates or amounts.  Your local customs office can provide any necessary information that you may wish to check prior to placing your order.

Delivery times are for in-stock products only.

Any ‘Pre-Order’ items are subject to specific lead times which will be specified at checkout

All orders are dispatched with tracking to ensure security and traceability.

We accept American Express MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

Your credit or debit card will be charged for payment at the point once you have placed your order. The checkout page is equipped with SSL certificate to secure all payment information. All payments are processed via Shopify. We do not record and/or hold any payment data on our website.
