Refund policy
As a boutique family business, we take a great deal of pride in ensuring that every single person that hears about our brand or decides to make a purchase form us always leaves with the absolutely best customer experience.
All orders come with a guarantee 100% money back refund within 14 days of purchase starting from the date that delivery was made. Returns are not free. We advise our customers to use a tracked service for returns. We are unable to accept returns that are lost. By using a tracked service customers can make an insurance claim directly with the specific courier in an event that a return is not delivered.
The returns process is simple and can be done with a few clicks using the link below. Before processing a return, please note the following:
1. All pieces must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear.
2. Personalised items and made to measure pieces are non-refundable
3. Earrings are non-refundable
4. Gift packaging, gift bags and gift cards are non-refundable
5. Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt and funds can take up to 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank
6. All items purchased in sale or from our outlet are not eligible for return or exchange and instead will receive a credit note.

Please note: We accept exchanges within 14 days for non-sale items. Postage is not free (same as returns).
